1. French beans – 500 grams

2. Onions – 50 grams

3. Green chillies – 4

4. Red chillies – 5

5. Ginger – 5 grams

6. Garlic cloves – 6

7. Bengal gram dal – 2 table spoons

8. Blacj gram dal – 2 table spoons

9. Oil – 3 table spoons

10. Curry leaves – a few

11. Salt – to taste

12. Mustard seeds – 1/2 tea spoon

13. Cumin seeds – 1/2 tea spoon

14. Gratet fresh coconut – 3 table spoons

BEAN FRY OR BORABATEELU VEPUDU, BEANS KOORA

Preparation for french beans fry or beans fry or borabateelu vepudu

1. Wash and clean french beans, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and onions under running water.

2. Discard the stalks of french beans and cut them into one or two centimetres pieces.

3. Remove the stalks of onions and peel then. Cut them into small pieces.

4. Remove the stalks of green chillies and cut then into long pieces.

5. Discard the stalks of red chillies and cut them into small pieces.

6. Peel the ginger and cut it into small cubes. Peel the garlic cloves.

7. Drain the curry leaves. Keep all these items aside.

1. Take the pieces of french beans in a vessel. Add some salt and cook them on a stove.

2. Cook them until they cooked up to 90% on medium or low flame. Switch off the stove.

6. Add grated coconut and fry them well for three minutes.

7. Switch off the stove and transfer the curry to a bowl.
