Ingredients for egg tomato curry

1. Eggs – 6

2. Tomatoes – 200 grams

3. Onions – 100 grams

4. Green chillies – 2

5. Mixed red chilli powder – 1 table spoon

6. Salt – to taste

7. Water – as required

Preparation for egg tomato curry

1. Wash onions, tomatoes and green chillies under running clean water.

2. Peel onions. Remove stalks of them. Cut them into small pieces.

3. Discard stalks of green chillies. Cut them into long pieces.

4. Cut tomatoes into small pieces.


Method for egg tomato curry

1.Boil eggs in some water for 15 to 20 minutes. ( The eggs immmersed by water.)

2. Switch off stove. Transfer the eggs into cold water.

3. After two minutes, remove their shells. Keep the boiled eggs aside.


Method for egg tomato curry

1. Heat a pan with oil.

2. Add onions and green chillies to it. Fry them till they change their colour.

3. Add mixed red chilli powder and salt to them. Sprinkle a little water on them.

4. Add tomato pieces to them. Stir them for five minutes.

5. Cover and cook them on low flame till they cooked upto 80%..

6. Add eggs to them. Stir them for two minutes.

7. Cover and cook them for ten minutes on low flame.

8. In this cooking time stir them for every three minutes to prevent them from their burning.

9. Switch off stove. Now egg tomato curry is ready to serve.

1. Fresh ingredients should be used as they give good taste.

2. Don’t burn the mixture while it is cooking.

3. The quantity of ingredients can be changed according to your taste and opinion.
